两种分光光度计法测定绿咖啡豆提取物中的总绿原酸  被引量:1

摘  要:本文通过扫描样品的特征吸收,确认样品在波长324nm附近有特征吸收,在324nm下测定样品的吸光度值,采用标准曲线法和吸收系数法测定绿咖啡豆提取物中总绿原酸的含量。结果表明:标准曲线在浓度范围0~20.0mg/L,测得的吸光度线性良好,两种方法的加标回收率在98%~100.5%之间,相关系数为0.9999,与吸光系数法相比,标准曲线法更具科学性。本方法总绿原酸的含量测定,结果准确可靠,可作为产品的质控标准之一。The characteristic absorption of the sample was scanned and the characteristic absorption is confirmed when the wavelength is near 324nm.The absorbance value of the sample was measured at 324nm.The content of total chlorogenic acid in green coffee bean extract was determined by standard curve method and absorption coefficient method.The results showed that the standard curve was in the concentration range of 0~20.0mg/L,and the absorbance linearity was good.The recoveries of the two methods was 98%~100.5%,and the correlation coefficient was 0.9999.Compared with the absorbance coefficient method,the standard curve method was more scientific.The method was accurate and reliable,and could be used as one of the quality control standards for products.
