中国乡村振兴的动力因素研究——基于教育的视角

摘　　要：乡村振兴是新时代"三农"工作的重大战略,也是中国现代化经济体系的重要组成部分。教育和经济发展关系的理论分析表明,教育以及由此衍生的人力资本培养在经济发展中具有关键作用,是乡村振兴的重要动力因素之一。本文根据乡村振兴的内涵构建了综合测量体系,发现中国省级层面乡村振兴指数总体不高,区域差异比较明显;从五个维度看,生态宜居和乡风文明建设存在短板效应。进一步构建面板数据模型对乡村振兴的动力因素进行研究,回归结果显示,在全国范围内,教育投入和教育水平的提升对乡村振兴均有明显的促进作用;分地区的实证结果表明,教育经费投入总体上效果显著,其中西部地区职业教育经费投入的效果更为明显;但是,各地区人员受教育水平的影响不如地区经济发展水平的影响大。Rural revitalization is a major strategy for the‘three agricultural problems’work in the new era and an important part of China’s modern economic system.Theoretical analysis of the relationship between education and economic development shows that education and the cultivation of human capital derived from it play a key role in economic development and are one of the important motivation factors for rural revitalization.The paper constructs a comprehensive measurement system based on the connotation of rural revitalization,and finds that the rural revitalization index at the provincial level in China is generally not high,and regional differences are obvious;From the five dimensions of the measurement,ecological livability and rural civilization construction have short board effects.Further builds a panel data model to study the driving factors of rural revitalization,regression results show that across the country,the increase in education investment and education level has a significant role in promoting rural revitalization;the empirical results of different regions show that the effect of education funding is generally significant,and the effect of vocational education funding in the western region is more obvious;however,the impact of the level of education on personnel in various regions is not as great as the level of regional economic development.
