摘　　要：该文分析了教学型高校的来源和特征,结合山西大学商务学院的办学实践,探讨了教学型高校在新形势下开展“1+X”创新应用型人才培养模式以及实施的途径。This thesis analyzes the sources and characteristics of teaching-oriented universities.Combing with the schoolrunning practice of the Business School of Shanxi University,it also discusses the implementation of"1+X"cultivation mode of talents with innovation and application abilities in teachingoriented universities and its implementation approaches under the new situation.
