摘 要:清热解毒药是清热药中一类重要且数量繁多的药物,中医临床广泛运用于治疗痈疮肿毒、丹毒、痄腮、温热病、咽喉肿痛、痢疾等热毒病证。“临床中药学”课堂理论教学中,如何使学生更好的理解和掌握清热解毒药,具有重要意义。从梳理清热解毒药节概述部分内容、根据药物临床应用区别对清热解毒药进行分类、中药饮片的实践认知及例举重点方剂等方面,探讨清热解毒药的教学思路和教学方法,以期能为清热解毒药的课堂教学提供思路和借鉴。Heat-clearing and detoxifying Chinese herbs which is widely used to treat carbuncle,erysipelas,gills,warm disease,sore throat,dysentery and other diseases induced by heat-toxicity in clinical Chinese medicine,is one of the most important and a large number herbs in Heat-clearing herbs.In teaching of"clinical traditional Chinese medicine",how to make students understand and master it better is great significance.This paper elaborated the ideas and methods about teaching heat-clearing and detoxifying Chinese herbs from the aspects of combing the contents of the section,Classification teaching through the clinical application of Chinese herbs,paying attention to the practical cognition of traditional Chinese medicine slices and listing the key prescriptions,which may provide some ideas and reference for the classroom teaching of heat-clearing and detoxifying Chinese herbs.
