摘 要:目的了解金山区2017年-2018年水产品中副溶血性弧菌污染情况,耐药特点及毒力基因携带。方法对2017年-2018年采集的水产品进行副溶血性弧菌分离鉴定,微量肉汤稀释法进行药敏试验,荧光PCR检测其毒力基因。结果 2017年-2018年共采集80份水产品,分离副溶血性弧菌54株(67.5%),其中海产品分离副溶血性弧菌34株(73.9%,34/46),淡水产品分离副溶血性弧菌20株(58.8%,20/34),两者在检出率上差异无统计学意义(χ2=1.39,P> 0.05)。5株(9.3%)副溶血性弧菌对测试的17种药物均敏感。其余株呈不同程度耐药。主要耐受药物为头孢唑林(90.7%,49/54)、氨苄西林(24.1%,13/54)。54株副溶血性弧菌均携带tlh基因,携带率为100%,未检测到tdh或trh基因。结论金山区水产品中副溶血性弧菌检出率较高,污染较严重。海产品中分离菌对抗生素耐药呈多样性。水产品中副溶血性弧菌毒力基因携带率较低。需重视食品中副溶血性弧菌耐药谱的变化,进一步加强食品安全风险监控。Objective To understand Vibrio parahaemolyticus(V.parahaemolyticus)contamination,drug resistance characteristics and virulence gene carrying in aquatic products in Jinshan District from 2017 to 2018.Methods V.parahaemolyticus isolated from aquatic products were detected and performed for drug sensitivity tests by broth dilution method.The multiplex fluorescent PCR detection was used for virulence genes.Results Fifty four isolates of V.parahaemolyticus were detected(67.5%),including 34 strains(73.9%)from 46 marine products and 20 strains(58.8%)from 34 freshwater products.There was no statistical significance on the difference between marine products and freshwater products in detection rate(χ2=1.39,P>0.05).5 isolates of V.parahaemolyticus(9.3%)were susceptibility to 17 kinds of antibiotics tested,and the rest isolates presented different resistance to antibiotics.The main tolerance antibiotics were cefarolin(90.7%,49/54)and ampicillin(24.1%,13/54).Gene tlh was detected in all V.parahaemolyticus,but neither tdh nor trh was detected.Conclusion The detection rate of V.parahaemolyticus in aquatic products in Jinshan District is high and the pollution is serious.The antibiotic resistance of isolated bacteria in seafood showed diversity.The virulence gene carrying rate of V.parahaemolyticus was low in aquatic products.Attention should be paid to the changes of V.parahaemolyticus drug resistance spectrum in food to further strengthen food safety risk monitoring.
