摘 要:针对食品专业应用创新性较强的特点,通过分析食品专业实践教学与大学生培养之间的联系,深入系统探讨食品专业实践教学与理论教学的现状与问题、食品专业实践教学与大学生培养的现状与问题、食品专业实践教学与用人单位需求的现状与问题,最终从食品企业、高校、大学生3个方面提出了解决问题的建议,以期为培养食品专业创新型大学生及优化实践教学模式提供支持。According to the characteristics of innovative application of food specialty,this paper analyzed the relationship between the practical teaching of food specialty and the cultivation of college students,and systematically discussed the current situation and problems of the practical teaching and theoretical teaching of food specialty,the practical teaching of food specialty and the cultivation of college students,the practical teaching of food specialty and the needs of employers,and finally from the perspective of food enterprises,colleges and universities,college students put forward three suggestions to solve the problem.It was expected to provide support for the cultivation of innovative college students of food specialty and the optimization of practical teaching mode.
