摘  要:德国职业教育在其教育体系中乃至在促进社会稳定发展方面发挥了重要作用,德国“双元制”作为技术技能人才的培养模式具有典型意义,梳理了德国教育体系框架并对德国双元制模式以及德国双元制的运行保障进行了阐述,从发挥行业协会作用、加强顶层设计、师资队伍建设、学习领域构建、质量管理体系等五个方面提出德国双元制对中职人才培养模式的创新和教育教学改革的几点启示。The vocational education plays an important rolein the education system and promotion of stabilizedsocial development in Germany.Since the Dual System in Germany has typical meaning as the mode of talents cultivation for technical personnel with skills,it analyzed education framework in Germany and expounded on the made of Dual System as well as operational assurance of Dual System in Germany.It reveal several enlightenments of Dual System in Germany on the innovation of talent innovation and educational and teaching reforms in the talent cultivation mode in secondary vocational education schools in the aspects of giving play of industrial association,strengthening top-level design,development of teaching staff,construction of learningfields and system of quality management.
