摘　　要：充分利用信息化条件改革教学评价的方式和方法,克服现有教学评价的不足,更好地发挥其对教师教和学生学的促进与激励作用,是目前高校教学改革的热点和难点。本文结合教学改革实践,通过多维度分析和论证,充分展示蓝墨智能云平台在全面评价教师教和精确评价学生学方面的功能及效果,并结合实际,提出进一步深化和完善教师教学工作评价的建议。To make full use of the information conditions to reform the way and method of teaching evaluation,overcome the shortcomings of the existing teaching evaluation,better play its role in promoting and motivating teachers and students to learn,is the hot spot of the current university teaching reform,but also the difficulty.In combination with the practice of teaching reform and through multi-dimensional analysis and demonstration,this paper fully demonstrates the functions and effects of blue Ink intelligent cloud platform in comprehensively evaluating teachers'teaching and accurately evaluating students'learning.In combination with the actual situation,this paper puts forward some thoughts and suggestions for further deepening and improving the evaluation of teachers'teaching work.
