摘  要:害虫资源化利用是生物质能源开发利用的重要途径,本文以取食杜仲叶片的重要害虫杜仲梦尼夜蛾(Orthosia songi)幼虫为研究对象,进行了水分和主要营养成分的测定及利用评价。结果表明:杜仲梦尼夜蛾幼虫中水分、粗脂肪、粗蛋白质的含量分别为58.2%、17.9%和10.9%;含有7种人体必需氨基酸,占总氨基酸含量的40%,必需氨基酸指数为0.963;不饱和脂肪酸和必需脂肪酸分别占总脂肪含量的75.1%和25.8%,特别是油酸和亚麻酸含量较高,分别达43%和28.1%;此外,还含有丰富的K、Ca、Zn、Fe等矿物质元素。因此,杜仲梦尼夜蛾幼虫是一种高蛋白、低脂肪、氨基酸含量丰富且种类较全面、富含矿物质元素的优质昆虫资源,具有进一步开发利用的潜力。Insect resource utilization is an important way to promote the development and utilization of biomass energy.Orthosia songi as as the research object and an important pest that feeds on Eucommia ulmoides leaves was analyzed regarding its water and the main nutrients and further utilization was evaluated.The results showed that the larval powder of Orthosia songi is composed of 58.2%of water,17.9%of crude fat and 10.9%of crude protein,respectively.Seven essential amino acids were detected to account for 40%of the total amino acids,and the essential amino acid index was about 0.963.Unsaturated fatty acids and essential fatty acids accounted for 75.1%and 25.8%of total fat,respectively.The contents of oleic acid and linolenic acid were especially higher,reaching 43%and 28.1%,respectively.In addition,Orthosia songi also contained a lot of mineral elements,such as K,Ca,Zn,Fe and so on.The results indicated that Orthosia songi is a kind of high-quality insect resource with high protein,low fat,rich amino acid content and rich mineral elements.It is a high-quality animal feed resource of potential value for further development and utilization.
