疫情期间教育危机决策之价值取向——兼论“停课不停学”决策的价值取向

摘　　要：价值取向正确与否是危机决策的关键,它直接影响危机决策的效果,在一定程度上也影响危机管理的最终结果。与公共危机决策相比,在教育危机决策的过程中,价值取向的重要性更为重要。因此,我们要明确教育危机决策的目标,集中体现其正确的价值取向;要提前做好相应的风险预判与应对预案,并在与公众沟通的过程中适时传递正确的价值取向;还要通过决策主体的多元化,以确保该决策体现出正确的价值取向。Value orientation directly influences crisis decision-making,and to a certain extent,the result of the crisis management.The value orientation is more important to the education crisis decision-making than public crisis decision-making.Therefore,we should make clear the goal of educational crisis decision-making and adopt the correct value orientation.We should make risk prediction and contingency plan in advance,and send the correct value orientation during crisis communication in time.Moreover,we should ensure that the educational crisis decision-making can reflect the correct value orientation by taking multiple decision-makers.
