摘　　要：教学团队建设是高质量人才培养的关键环节之一,形成了优势互补的多教师协同互助组织,也为教学质量的评估提供了一种综合评价与评估环境。以扬州大学软件工程教学团队建设为例,系统阐述了教学团队建设的措施、特色、成效以及未来规划。实践证明,扬州大学软件工程教学团队取得了良好的教学效果。The construction of teaching team is one of the critical links of quality talented person cultivation,forming complementary multi-teacher cooperation and mutual assistance organization.It also provides a comprehensive evaluation and assessment environment for the evaluation of teaching quality.This paper takes the construction of software engineering teaching team of Yangzhou University as an example to illustrate systematically the measures,features,results and the future plans of the teaching team construction.Moreover,it is proved through practice that the software engineering teaching team of Yangzhou University has achieved good educational effectiveness.
