摘  要:针对单纯依靠机械制动装置或者液压制动装置很难实现对下滑的输送机系统的可靠制动的问题,提出了一种新的将传统的盘式制动装置和柔性液压制动装置有机结合的复合制动系统,利用Simulink对该复合制动系统的制动效果进行了仿真分析。结果表明,该复合制动系统有效克服了单独制动时所存在的可靠性差、制动周期长的缺点,有效实现了对输送机系统在不同载荷下的恒减速的制动,极大提升了输送机系统的运行可靠性。In view of the problem that it is difficult to realize reliable braking of sliding conveyor system by simply relying on mechanical brake device or hydraulic brake device, a new composite braking system which organically combines traditional disc brake device and flexible hydraulic brake device is proposed, and the braking effect of the composite braking system is simulated and analyzed by Simulink. The results show that the combined braking system effectively overcomes the shortcomings of poor reliability and long braking period when braking alone, effectively realizes the braking of constant deceleration of conveyor system under different loads, and greatly improves the operating reliability of conveyor system.
