摘　　要：个性化人才培养策略已被写入国家和各省的政策文件中,自上而下影响、推动着各级各类教育实施。基于此,笔者在分析大学生个性化学习需求及必要性的基础上,构建了一种大学生个性化学习模式,以期促进智慧学习环境与个性化学习的融合与发展。Personalized talent training strategy has been written into the national and provincial policy documents,which influences and promotes the implementation of all kinds of education from top to bottom.Based on this,the author analyzes the needs and necessity of personalized learning of college students,and constructs a personalized learning mode of college students,in order to promote the integration and development of intelligent learning environment and personalized learning.
