摘  要:公费师范生具有鲜明的国家公共性。从目标上看,公费师范生政策是国家提供公共服务的方式,作为公共服务的产品,公费师范生具有明显的公共服务的性质;从过程上看,公费师范生的成长具有体制保证性,这一体制的保证正是源于他们未来的公务服务性;从行为主体上看,公费师范生具有体现国家意志的公共性。公费师范教育虽然从培养到就业都实行国家包干,但公费师范生的公共意识并没有完全建立,主要表现为:物质利益博弈意识下职业身份的模糊、去乡村化的意识及精英意识的缺失。建构公费师范生的公共性,应该开展从“职业”到“事业”的人文情怀教育,建构地方性知识,培养他们的精英意识。The public funded normal students have distinct national publicity.From the goal,the policy of public funded normal students is the way that the state provides public services,as a product of public services,public funded normal students have an obvious nature of public services;in the process,the growth of public funded normal students is guaranteed by the system,which is derived from their future public service;as the main body,the public funded normal students have the public nature of embodying the will of the state.Although the education of public funded normal school is carried out by the state from training to employment,the public consciousness of public funded normal school students has not been fully established,which is mainly manifested in:the ambiguity of professional identity under the consciousness of material interest game;the consciousness of de rural;the lack of elite consciousness.In order to construct the publicity of the public funded normal students,we should carry out the education of human feelings from“occupation”to“career”,construct the local knowledge and cultivate their elite consciousness.
