摘  要:为改善马铃薯试管苗植株纤细、不易成活的状态,对尤金试管苗在加入不同浓度B9的MS培养基上的表现进行了综合评价,并在接种30 d后对株高、叶片数、节间距、叶片鲜重、茎鲜重、根重、茎粗等指标进行测定。结果表明:随着B9浓度的增加,对试管苗生长的抑制作用越强烈,浓度为30 mg·L^-1时试管苗最粗壮,根冠比最大,节数最多。In order to improve the thin and difficult survival of potato test tube plantlets,the performance of Eugene test tube plantlets on MS medium with different concentrations of B9 was comprehensively evaluated.The plant height,leaf number,internode spacing,leaf fresh weight,stem fresh weight,root weight,stem diameter and other indicators were determined 30 days after inoculation.The results showed that with the increase of B9 concentration,the inhibition effect on the growth of plantlets was stronger.When the concentration of B9 was 30 mg·L^-1,the test tube plantlets were the strongest,the root shoot ratio was the largest,and the number of nodes was the most.
