摘 要:以在课堂教学技能竞赛中的课堂教学录像环节作为研究对像,通过文献研究与实践思考,借助AHP群组决策法构建课堂教学能力评价递阶层次体系,用专家赋权法获得排序权重并进行可靠性及非参数检验,并用权重算术平均法对群组权重集结,获得指标权重,用于评价青年教师课堂教学能力。从实证结果来看,课堂讲授能力在课堂教学中权重最大,而教师对教学内容娴熟、精要的讲授,教学目标明确、重点突出难点处理得当,讲授思路清晰启发学生思考等有助于教师个人课堂教学能力提高。Taking the video link of classroom teaching in the classroom teaching skills competition as the research object,through literature research and the practice thinking,a hierarchical teaching system for classroom teaching ability evaluationis built by using the AHP group decision-making method.The expert weighting method is used to obtain ranking weights and carry out reliability and non-parametric tests,and group weights are aggregated using the weighted arithmetic mean method to obtain index weights for evaluating young teachers’classroom teaching ability.From the empirical results,the classroom teaching ability has the largest weight in classroom teaching,and teachers’skillful and essential teaching content,clear teaching objectives,proper handling of key and difficult points,clear teaching thinking and inspiring students to think,etc.contribute to the improvement of teachers’personal classroom teaching ability.
