摘 要:国际汉语教师教育既是新时代对汉语人才语言素养的新倡议,也是一带一路对行业型汉语人才的新需求,更是新教育对国际汉语教师质量的新追求。这些新背景呼吁我们反思和分析国际汉语教师知识、教师技能和教育手段的转型与发展,并探讨以人的成长为核心,以行业发展为依托,以文化转化为旨趣的新时代智慧型国际汉语教师教育新方案,进而为推动中外人文交流、民心相通及构建人类命运共同体提供强力支撑。The education of international Chinese-language teachersis a new initiative for trainingChinese talents with good language quality in the new era of China's reform and opening-up,a new need of professional Chinese-language teachers in the implementation of“the Belt and Road Initiative”and a new quality requirement for international Chinese-language teachers.Such new contexts call us to explore thetransformation and development of such teachers'knowledge,educational skills and techniques,which relies on the new programs for smart education of international Chinese-language teachers by focusing on the training of high-quality students,relying on the educational development and acculturation in the new era in hope of promoting international cultural communication and exchanges,and providing a solid foundation for the construction of the human community with a shared destiny.
