摘 要:随着市场竞争的愈发严酷,员工的工作满意度对企业的发展起到越来越重要的作用。因此,如何使组织中的员工工作满意度更高,成为企业关心的重要问题。论文采用网上调查问卷的方式,选取北京市的194名市民作为被试,通过匿名填写目前职业、职业性格测评和职业满意度问卷,探究职业性格匹配度对工作满意度的影响。结果表明:职业性格匹配度和工作满意度不存在显著相关关系;职业性格匹配度和工作满意度不存在显著性别差异。With the increasingly severe competition in the market,employees’job satisfaction plays an increasingly important role in the development of enterprises.Therefore,how to make employees’job satisfaction higher in the organization has become an important issue concerned by enterprises.The paper uses an online questionnaire method to select 194 citizens of Beijing City as the subjects.By anonymously filling out the current occupation,occupational personality assessment and occupational satisfaction questionnaire,this paper explores the influence of occupational personality matching degree on job satisfaction.The results show that:there is no significant correlation between occupational personality matching degree and job satisfaction;there is no significant gender difference in occupational personality matching degree and job satisfaction.
