摘 要:本文基于法律翻译能力有效培养总目标,以河北师范大学2015和2016级MTI学生为实验对象,以澳大利亚《财产法》为法律汉译实验素材,采用主题化和专业化法律翻译培养与传统翻译培养对照的方法,分析得出实验结论:法律翻译的主题化和专业化培养是提高学习者法律翻译能力比较有效的教学策略,是解决复杂法律语篇翻译中语义选择的有效途径。Based on the general goal of cultivating legal translation ability effectively,this paper takes the MTI2015 and MTI2016 students in our university as the experimental objects,and uses the Australian Property Law Act as the experimental material for the translation of the law into Chinese.Based on the comparison between thematic and professionalized legal translation training and traditional translation training,an experimental conclusion is drawn:the thematic and professional training of legal translation is an effective teaching strategy to improve learners’legal translation ability.It is an effective way to solve the problem of semantic choice in translation of complex legal texts.
