摘 要:现代学徒制是建立在传统学徒制基础之上的,主要包括企业本位与制度本位两个层面的基本内涵。当前我国现代学徒制面临着相关政策法规不健全、企业参与学徒制的积极性不高、校企在现代学徒制合作中的交易成本较高、学生容易成为企业的廉价劳动力、课程目标设置滞后于社会需求导致现代学徒制的“现代性”不足等困境。这就需要不断健全和完善现代学徒制的相关政策与法律法规,激发企业参与学徒制的主动性与积极性,适当放宽行业协会的职权,有效降低校企交易成本,建立多元评价机制,保障学徒的培养质量,开展“岗课融通”的课程体系建设。The research of the modern apprenticeship in China mainly focuses on the development,connotation and characteristics of the modern apprenticeship system,the introduction and experience of modern apprenticeship abroad,the subject of the implementation of the modern apprenticeship system in vocational education and its interest demands,and so on.At present,the modern apprent iceship system in China is confronted with the difficulties of unsound policies and regulations,the low enthusiasm of enterprises to participate in apprenticeship,the higher transaction cost in the cooperation of modern apprenticeship,and the plight of apprenticeship to exploit apprentice by the apprenticeship.It is necessary to improve and perfect the relevant policies and laws and regulations of the modern apprenticeship system,stimulate the initiative and enthusiasm of enterprises to participate in apprenticeship,appropriately relax the functions and powers of the industry associations,effectively reduce the transaction costs of the school and enterprise,establish a multiple evaluation mechanism,and guarantee the quality of the apprenticeship.
