摘　　要：研究生教学管理工作面临一系列挑战,建设一支高水准的基层管理队伍十分必要。该文基于L大学研究生基层教学管理人员及其工作的满意度调查,浅谈L大学研究生基层教学管理队伍建设中存在的问题,并提出相应改进策略,以促进研究生基层教学管理队伍工作的有效开展。The teaching management of graduate students is facing a serious of challenges,and it is necessary to build a high-level management team at the grassroots level.Based on the survey on the satisfaction of graduate students'basic teaching managers and their work in L University,this paper discusses the problems during the team building,and puts forward improvement strategies,in order to promote their work to be carried out effectively.
