摘　　要：随着中国经济格局日新月异的变化发展,经济市场对人才的需求也不断发生改变,尤其在2019年新冠病毒疫情的冲击下,对于就业者来说面临着更大的挑战。作为培养专业技能人才的职业学校,也应结合社会所需,不断调整人才培养方案,考虑学生的差异性,将培养目标定位于能够切实满足学生发展的需求中。而人才培养方案的实施也需要政府、社会、企业、家庭、学校的密切配合,才能充分发挥人才培养方案的作用。With the rapid development of China's economic structure,the demand for talents in the economic market is constantly changing.Especially under the impact of the new coronavirus epidemic in 2019,it is facing greater challenges for employees.As a vocational school for cultivating professionals with professional skills,it should also continuously adjust the personnel training program in consideration of the needs of society,consider the differences of students,and position the training goal to be able to effectively meet the development needs of students.The implementation of the talent training program also requires the close cooperation of the government,society,enterprises,families,and schools in order to g ive full play to the role of the talent training program.
