摘　　要：介绍电力企业沟通培训现状,分析问题存在的各方面因素,指出沟通培训对员工和电力企业整体实力提升的重要性,并提出相应的提高沟通技能的实际应用方法,可供各级管理人员参考。This paper introduces the current situation of the communication training in power enterprises,analyzes existing problems and influencing factors,and emphasizes its significance for the strength enhancement of both power enterprises and the employees.In addition,it puts forward relevant ways of improving communication skills,which can provide reference for managerial staff at all levels.
