摘　　要：症候阅读是阿尔都塞在特殊的历史语境下理解和捍卫马克思的文本解读法,充分理解这一概念工具可以从三个维度展开。作为“方法”的症候阅读,涉及“问题式”下阅读何以可能的问题;作为“认识论”的症候阅读,涉及对“直接阅读宗教神话”的批判和反西欧传统哲学的经验主义;作为“态度”的症候阅读,涉及理解和捍卫马克思的价值立场问题。阿尔都塞症候阅读法的大胆使用与创新不仅实现了对马克思思想的独特理解与认识,而且也影响和改变了后世的解释话语。但同时,由于其理论的内在局限,它亦是个颇受争议的问题存在。Symptom reading is the method of text interpretation used by Althusser to understand and defend Marx in the special historical context.A complete understanding of this conceptual tool can be carried out from three dimensions.Symptom reading as a method of involves the problem of why reading is possible under the general problem.Symptom reading as the epistemology involves criticism of the direct reading of religious myth and a stance against traditional western empiricist philosophy.Symptom reading as the attitude involves the value standpoint of understanding and defending Marx.The bold use and innovation of Althusser's symptom reading not only realizes the unique understanding of Marx,but also influences and changes later interpretations and realities.Nevertheless,at the same time,in view of the theoretical limitations inherent in the interpretation of the text,it is also very controversial.
