摘　　要：有效的教学质量保障工作模式是确保人才培养质量的根本。本文从线上教学质量保障工作模式存在的问题入手,以信息化平台为依托,建立由"发现问题—集中整改—整改跟踪"等环节构成的线上教学质量保障闭环工作模式。此外,本文还介绍了该模式在中国医科大学线上教学中的实际应用,旨在对促进线上教学与传统教学实质等效、提高人才培养质量等方面起到积极作用。Effective working mode for running teaching quality assurance is fundamental to ensure quality of talent training.Based on the problems observed in the current working mode,we proposed to formulate a new working mode mainly comprised of locating problems,targeted improving and evaluating outcome to better suit for online teaching.Moreover,we successfully adopted the mode to solve a problem found during our online practice at China Medical University.We believe that the new working mode may play a positive role in promoting the equivalence between online teaching and traditional teaching and advancing quality of talent training.
