“体医结合”下的医学部体育教学现状及改革调查研究

摘　　要：目的了解"体医结合"背景下北京大学医学部体育教学现状,探讨体育教学改革发展存在的问题及建议。方法采用问卷调查法对北京大学医学部体育与健康系教师及选过体育课的学生进行调查,了解师生对医学部体育教学现状的看法,以及对"体医结合"相关内容的认识。结果 "提高学生身心健康""培养终身体育思想"为大多数教师的教育观念;学生在"学习健身方法"上收获较少;大多数师生对教学场地设施满意度均不高;大多数师生对"体医结合"相关内容没有深入的认识;体医结合知识欠缺和体育师资不够是影响体育教学改革的主要因素。结论医学院校体育教学应转变观念、明确目标,完善教学场地硬件设施,充分利用医学院校的有力资源,加强体育教师的医学知识补充,优化和提升师资水平,以加快实现体育教学改革进程。Objective To understand the current status of physical education in Peking University Health Science Center under the background of "Combination of Sports and Medicine" and to discuss the problems and suggestions for the reform and development of physical education.Methods A questionnaire survey was used to investigate teachers in the Department of Physical Education and Health and students who have taken physical education classes in Peking University Health Science Center,to understand the views of teachers and students on the status of physical education in Peking University Health Science Center,as well as their knowledge of the "Combination of Sports and Medicine".Results "Improve students’ physical and mental health" and "Cultivate lifelong physical education thoughts" are the educational concepts of most teachers;Students gain less from "learning fitness methods";Most teachers and students are not very satisfied with teaching venue facilities;Most teachers and students do not have a thorough understanding of the content of "Combination of Sports and Medicine";The lack of knowledge of sports and medical integration and insufficient physical education teachers are the main factors affecting the reform of physical education.Conclusions To accelerate the process of reform of physical education,the teaching of physical education in medical colleges and universities should be changed,the goals should be clear,and improve the teaching facilities and hardware facilities,the powerful resources of medical colleges should be fully utilized,and strengthen the supplement of medical knowledge of physical education teachers,optimize and enhance the level of teachers.
