摘　　要：高职院校科技成果转化存在成果技术价值低、成熟度不高;信息发布渠道有限,转化平台功能不完善;缺乏转化人才,转化内驱力不足等问题。针对这些问题,提出高职院校科技成果转化的有效路径是技术转让和校企合作转化。具体对策为:对接中小微企业技术需求,提高科技成果技术价值和成熟度;加强技术转移中心建设,完善转化平台功能;积极利用社会转化平台,增大校企对接成功率;加强培训,建立专业化科技成果转化人员队伍;完善科研评价体系,增强科技成果转化内驱力。The transformation of scientific and technological achievements in higher vocational colleges has the problems in low technical value and low maturity of achievements, limited information distribution channels and imperfect function of transformation platform;lack of talents transformation and insufficient internal drive of transformation.The effective way to transform scientific and technological achievements is technology transfer and transformation of school-enterprise cooperation. The specific countermeasures are as follows: docking the technical needs of small and medium-sized enterprises, improving the technical value and maturity of scientific and technological achievements;strengthening the construction of technology transfer center and perfecting the function of transformation platform;a ctively using social transformation platform to increase the success rate of school-enterprise docking;strengthening training and establishing a contingent of specialized scientific and technological achievements transformation personnel;perfecting the scientific research evaluation system and enhancing the internal drive of scientific and technological achievements transformation.
