摘 要:为了解北京油鸡不同配套组合的蛋用性能,为养殖者和消费者提供参考数据,试验以北京油鸡当前常用的两种蛋用杂交组合,即组合1[(W♂×K♀)×(M♂×G♀)]和组合2[(K♂×W♀)×(M♂×G♀)]作为研究群体,对母鸡18~66周的产蛋率和蛋品质性状进行跟踪测定和对比分析。结果表明:北京油鸡两种配套组合中,组合2的高峰产蛋率为73.2%,比组合1高6个百分点;在整个产蛋周期中,两种配套组合的鸡蛋均具有良好的蛋白高度和蛋壳品质,蛋黄比例高,全蛋中营养物质含量丰富,除个别周龄个别指标外,两种配套组合鸡蛋的蛋品质之间不存在显著差异(P>0.05)。说明北京油鸡两种配套组合的常规蛋品质及全蛋营养成分基本无差异,而组合2又因高峰产蛋率高可以作为首选的配套组合进行推广。To understand the laying performance of different combinations of Beijing You(BJY) chicken and to provide reference data for farmers and customers, hens from two BJY egg-laying hybrids, combination 1 [(W♂×K♀)×(M♂×G♀)] and combination 2[(K♂×W♀)×(M♂×G♀)], were used as the research object, and the laying rate and egg quality traits from 18 to 66 weeks of age were monitored and compared. The results showed that combination 2 had a peak lay of 73.2%, which was 6 percent higher than combination 1. During the whole laying cycle, both combinations had great albumen height and good egg shell quality, and meanwhile the yolk percentage together with the nutrient contents in the whole egg were high. There was no significant differences between the two combinations(P>0.05), except for very few indexes at several week-old time points. These results indicated that there was no difference between the two BJY combinations for the normal egg quality traits and nutrient contents in whole eggs, but combination 2 could be the first choice because of the higher peak of egg production.
