摘 要:硒是一种人体必需的微量营养元素,很多慢性疾病都与人体缺硒有关,但饮食中摄入过多会引起中毒。我国大部分地区都属于严重缺硒的地带,而微生物纳米硒是一种安全、环保的补硒营养剂,可改善土壤、农产品缺硒的状况。该文主要介绍了微生物纳米硒的特征、转化微生物种类、相关转化机制及其在各个领域的初步应用,为微生物纳米硒的基础研究、应用前景提供参考。Selenium is an essential micronutrient for human,it can cause many chronic diseases because of selenium deficiency and also cause poisoning by intaking too much in the diet.Most areas in China are seriously deficient in selenium.Microbial nano-selenium is a safe and environmental friendly selenium supplement nutrient,which can improve the situation of selenium deficiency in soil and agricultural products.In this paper,the characteristics,transformed microbial species,related transformation mechanism and preliminary application in various fields of microbial nano-selenium were introduced,which provided a reference for the basic research and application prospect of microbial nano-selenium.
