摘　　要：《国家职业教育改革实施方案》提出推进职业教育教师、教材和教法“三教”改革,提升职业教育发展质量。师资队伍是职业院校的核心内涵,直接影响职业院校人才培养质量。本文从结构、能力水平、培养路径等方面研究汽车类职教师资队伍培养现状,找到师资队伍建设存在问题,便于进一步有针对性的寻找破解路径。The Implementation Plan of the National Vocational Education Reform proposes to promote the reform of vocational education teachers,teaching materials and teaching methods to improve the quality of vocational education development.Teaching staff is the core connotation of vocational colleges and universities,which directly affects the quality of talent training in vocational colleges.This paper studies the present situation of automobile teachers'training from the aspects of structure,ability level and training path,finds out the problems existing in the construction of teachers'team,and is convenient to further find the solution path.
