摘　　要：大连海事大学信息科学技术学院以工程教育专业认证为导向,介绍实验教师队伍建设的情况,通过改革和实践,总结了实验教师队伍深度融合发展、与企业协同育人的新思路、新方法,同时探索了新时代背景下实验教师队伍精细化管理的有效方法。Based on the construction of experimental teaching staff in Dalian Maritime University's Information College,which is guided by the professional certification of engineering education,through reform and practice,this paper summarizes the new ideas and methods for the deep integration and development of experimental teaching staff and the collaborative education with enterprises,and explores the effective methods for the fine management of experimental teaching staff in the new era.
