摘 要:目的分析护士的心理压力因素与应对措施。方法本研究主体为2018年1月—2020年1月于本院就职的29位护士,通过调查问卷法测评其心理压力因素,包括患者病情因素、环境因素、技术因素、社会因素、自身因素和院方压力等。并给予应对措施,包括护患关系建立、工作环境改善、生活方式调节、社会支持和自身能力提升等方面。对比实施前后的心理压力评分、工作幸福指数(简称SD)与工作满意度。结果实施后的心理压力评分均低于实施前,SD评分高于实施前,工作满意度评分高于实施前(P<0.05)。结论为护士进行心理压力调查并给予应对措施,可缓解其负面心理,提升其工作幸福指数与工作满意度,激发其工作热情,进而提高护理效率。Objective To analyze the psychological stress factors and countermeasures of nurses.Methods The subjects of this study were 29 nurses who worked in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2020.Their psychological stress factors were assessed by questionnaire,including the disease factors,environmental factors,technical factors,social factors,self factors and hospital pressure.The countermeasures include the establishment of nurse patient relationship,the improvement of working environment,the adjustment of life style,social support and the improvement of self ability.Before and after the implementation,the psychological stress score,work happiness index(SD)and job satisfaction were compared.Results After the implementation,the psychological stress scores were lower than before,the SD scores were higher than before,and the job satisfaction scores were higher than before(P<0.05).Conclusion To investigate the psychological stress of nurses and give corresponding measures can alleviate their negative psychology,improve their job happiness index and job satisfaction,stimulate their work enthusiasm,and improve the efficiency of nursing.
