摘　　要：文章详细介绍了“双因素”理论的内涵与外延,分析了“保健因素”与“激励因素”在民办高校管理中的作用。从博弈的角度探索了“双因素”理论在高校管理制度中的应用。最后指出了“双因素”理论在民办高校人员绩效管理中具有极重要的应用价值。This paper introduces the connotation and extension of two-factor theory in detail,analyzes the role of hygiene factor and motivation factor in the management of private universities,and explores the application of twofactor theory in university management system.Finally,it points out that two-factor theory has a very important application value in the personnel performance management of private universities.
