摘　　要：听课是教师常规性工作的一种,听课之前、之中、之后的工作集诊断、评估、指导、研究、沟通、交流、鼓励多项功能于一体,在很大程度上影响着教师课堂教学的规范和改革,影响着教师的专业化发展。Listening to classes is a kind of teachers'routine work.Before,during and after class,the work integrates diagnosis,assessment,guidance,research,communication and encouragement,which greatly influences the standardization and reform of teachers'classroom teaching and the professional development of teachers.
