摘 要:化疗是目前临床抗肿瘤治疗的重要手段。目前临床上有烷化剂类药物、抗代谢药物、抗肿瘤抗生素、抗肿瘤激素类药物、金属铂类药物、抗肿瘤植物药、分子靶向药物等多种抗肿瘤药物,但由于疗效的不确定性以及各种不良反应逐步显现,肿瘤的治疗困难重重。随着肿瘤学、分子生物学、药学及计算机等相关学科的发展,抗肿瘤药物的研究在方法和靶点上均有了新突破,全面了解临床常用抗肿瘤药和新发现的靶向药,可以为临床治疗提供参考。Chemotherapy is an important means of clinical anti-tumor therapy at present.There are dozens of effective anti-tumor drugs in clinical,including alkylating agents,anti-metabolites,anti-tumor antibiotics,anti-tumor hormone drugs,metal platinum drugs,anti-tumor plant drugs,and molecular targeted drugs,but due to the uncertainty of the efficacy and the gradual emergence of various adverse reactions,the treatment of tumors is still difficult.With the development of oncology,molecular biology,pharmacy,computer and other related disciplines,the research on anti-tumor drugs has made new breakthroughs in methods and targets.A comprehensive understanding of common clinical anti-tumor drugs and newly discovered targeted drugs can provide references for the clinical treatment.
