摘　　要：住院医师规范化培训在毕业后的医学教育中占据重要地位,在医学终生教育及继续医学教育中间发挥着承前启后的关键作用,是提升临床医师专业素养、优化医疗质量、培养更高层次医疗人才的关键步骤。提高住院医师岗位胜任力是住院医师规范化培训的核心内容。分析放射肿瘤科住院医师培训中存在的亟待解决的问题,从湘雅三医院放射肿瘤住院医师规范化培训基地的管理和经验出发,分别从医学人文素养、临床专业能力、人际沟通与团队合作、教学科研能力四个方面对住院医师进行规范化培训和创新性探索,从而提高住院医师的岗位胜任力,为临床锻炼出更为优秀的医疗队伍,使之更加符合新时代医疗工作的要求,也更好地提升放射肿瘤科住院医师整体水平。The standardized training of resident doctors occupies an important position in the medical education after graduation.It plays a key role in the ins and outs of lifelong medical education and continuing medical education.It is to improve the professional quality of clinicians,optimize medical quality,and cultivate higher-level medical care.The key step of talent.Improving the resident post competence is the core content of the standardized training of resident doctors.Analyze the urgent problems in the training of residents in the radiation oncology department,starting from the management and experience of the standardized training base for radiation oncology residents in the Third Xiangya Hospital,from the perspective of medical humanities,clinical professional ability,interpersonal communication and teamwork,and teaching The four aspects of scientific research capabilities provide standardized training and innovative exploration for resident physicians,thereby improving the resident physician's job competence,training a better medical team for clinical practice,and making it more in line with the requirements of medical work in the new era,and better Raise the overall level of residents in radiation oncology.
