科研思维在医学检验系本科生教学中的应用

摘　　要：临床检验在临床疾病的诊断、治疗与预后中具有重要作用。由于时代的进步和医学的发展,对检验人员的业务能力和科研创新思维能力有了更高的要求。在现代医学检验系教学中往往忽视对本科生科研能力的培养,培养具有科研思维能力的医学检验系高素质本科生已成为现代高等教育的重要目标之一,这个目标定位适用国家高等教育和我省临床检验人才的需求。加强科研能力的培养也为适应现代医、教、研式综合医院发展的需要提供了保障。如何培养本科生科研思维能力,培养适用社会和科学发展需要的专业人才,是医学检验系专业教学亟待解决的问题。文章就如何提供本科生的科研思维能力在医学检验系本科生教学中的应用与思考提供了思路。Clinical laboratory play an important role in the diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of clinical diseases.Due to the advancement of the times and the development of medicine,higher requirements have been placed on the inspectors'professional ability and scientific research and innovation ability.The training of undergraduates'scientific research ability is often neglected in the teaching of modern medical laboratory.The cultivation of highquality undergraduates in medical laboratory with scientific thinking ability has become one of the important goals of modern higher education.This goal applies to national higher education and the province's demand for clinical laboratory personnel.Strengthening the cultivation of scientific research capabilities provides a guarantee to meet the needs of the development of modern medical,teaching,and research general hospitals.How to train the undergraduates'scientific research thinking ability and professional talents suitable for the needs of social and scientific development is an urgent problem for the professional teaching of the medical laboratory department.This article provides ideas on how to provide undergraduates'scientific research thinking ability in the application and thinking of undergraduate teaching in the medical laboratory department.
