摘  要:探讨心理契约在高校辅导员心理资本与隐性知识共享间的纽带作用,对于促进思政教育工作有效开展来说非常关键。通过对371名辅导员的多因素测量调查,发现心理契约与心理资本、隐性知识共享间明显相关,其中心理契约在心理资本与隐性知识共享间调节效果显著。要达成辅导员积极心理资本与隐性知识共享,需建立预防契约崩裂的投资管理、稳固契约的人文管理、增强职业认同的发展管理、维护契约的引导管理和契约激励的动态管理。It is very important to explore the link between psychological contract and tacit knowledge sharing in college counselors for promoting the effective development of ideological and political education.Through a multi-factor survey of 371 counselors,it is found that psychological contract is obviously related to psychological capital and tacit knowledge sharing.Among them,psychological contract has a significant effect on the adjustment of psychological capital and tacit knowledge sharing.Therefore,in order to achieve the sharing of counselors′active psychological capital and tacit knowledge,it is necessary to establish the investment management to prevent the collapse of the contract,to establish the humanistic management of the firm contract,to establish the development management to strengthen the professional identity,to establish the guiding management of the maintenance contract,and to establish the dynamic management of the contract incentive.
