新医科背景下高等医科院校研究生教育内部质量保障体系的构建研究

摘　　要：新医科概念的提出对高校医学人才的培养提出了新的要求,研究生教育内部质量保障体系的完善是实现高校教育质量的重要一环。文章在分析新医科背景和质量保障的内涵及特征等相关内容的基础上,通过调研征询等方式,研究从“理念、过程、制度、条件和评价体系”五个层面构建新医科背景下的教育内部质量保障体系,以期丰富现有的医学研究生培养体系内容,对研究生教育质量的进一步提升提供参考及借鉴。Medical universities are faced with new challenges with the proposal of new medicine,and the improvement of internal quality assurance system of postgraduate education is very crucial to realize the good quality of education in universites and colleges.Based on the analysis of the background of new medicine concept and the characteristics of quality assurance,this paper constructs the internal quality assurance system from 5 levels including"idea,process,system,condition and evaluation system",in order to provide reference to the further promotion of the quality of postgraduate education.
