摘  要:针对大型液压支架水平运输过程中存在的轮轨接触应力过大的问题,采用 ANSYS Workbench 瞬态动力学模块分析了载重平板车在不同枕距下 30、60 kg/m 钢轨上的轮轨接触应力及其分布。结果表明:在一个由静止到匀速的过程中,由静止到匀速启动瞬间应力波动幅值较大,30、60 kg/m 钢轨在此时的轮轨接触应力均超出钢轨许用应力,且枕距越大,匀速阶段后期应力波动幅值越大;60 kg/m 钢轨的轮轨接触应力变化幅值和最大应力数值均明显低于相同枕距 30 kg/m 钢轨的应力变化幅值和最大应力数值;30 kg/m 钢轨在由静止到匀速过程中应力均不满足铁路轨道设计标准的规定,60 kg/m 钢轨在静止阶段、匀速阶段后期应力均满足规定。仿真研究表明:目前选用的钢轨不满足使用要求,建议选用高强度材质 U75V、型号为 P60 的钢轨;建议设置一个启动加速度,使运行速度由静止缓慢加速到匀速,以减小应力波动幅值。In view of the problem of excessive wheel-rail contact stress during the horizontal transportation of the large hydraulic support at various sleeper spacing,ANSYS Workbench transient dynamics module was applied to analyze the wheel-rail contact stress and its distribution of the load-carrying flatcar on 30 and 60 kg/m steel rail with various sleeper spacing.Results showed:during a period from static state to constant-speed state,the stress fluctuation amplitude at stating moment from static state to constant-speed state was fair large,the wheel-rail contact stress of 30 and 60 kg/m rail at the moment exceeded the allowable stress of rail,and the stress fluctuation amplitude increased with the increase in the sleeper spacing;the wheel-rail contact stress and the maximum stress of 60 kg/m rail were obviously less those of 30 kg/m rail;the stress of 30 kg/m rail during the period from static state to constant-speed state failed to satisfy the regulation of railway design standard,while the stress of 60 kg/m rail during static state and late stage of constant-speed state satisfied the regulation.Simulation research showed:the current rail failed to satisfy the service requirement,the rail was recommended whose material was high-strength U75V and model was P60;a starting acceleration should be set to make the running speed slowly accelerate from static state to constant-speed state,so as to reduce the stress fluctuation amplitude.
