摘 要:传统的液位控制实验由于设备少,设备老化,可重复度低,使得学生的实验体验和实验效果欠佳。该文采用虚拟现实技术,以UE4引擎作为开发平台,建立了液位控制虚拟实验平台。该平台按照高校实验室真实的实验环境和实验流程进行虚拟化设计,包括实验指导书、实验演示、实验操作和考核四大模块,实现了PC端与Web端的交互操作、水流过程和水箱液位变化的仿真以及课程考核等功能。运行结果表明,基于UE4的仿真系统在测试过程中有着良好的交互性和流畅性。The traditional liquid level control experiment has the problems of less equipment,aging equipment,and low repeatability,which make the students’experimental experience and experimental results poor.In this paper,the virtual experimental platform of liquid level control is established by using virtual reality technology and UE4 engine as development platform.The experimental platform is virtualized according to the real experimental environment and experimental process of the university laboratory,including four modules:experimental guide,experimental demonstration,experimental operation and evaluation,and realizes the interactive operation of the PC and the Web,the flow process and the water tank functions such as simulation of liquid level changes and course assessment.The operation results show that the simulation system based on UE4 has good interactivity and fluency during the test.
