摘　　要：构建公共体育服务体系是一项艰巨的任务,国家对于这项任务应该给予足够的重视,同时构建公共体育服务体系在全民健身战略中起着关键的作用,本文以高等院校社体专业人才培养过程中的激励机制为研究对象,对社体专业的人才培养模和其中存在的一些问题进行分析并给出相应的对策。Constructing a public sports service system is an arduous task.The state should pay sufficient attention to this task.And at the same time,building a public sports service system plays a key role in the national fitness strategy.This paper takes the incentive mechanism in the process of college social sport talents cultivation as the objects,to analyze the talent-training mode and related problems and provide corresponding countermeasures.
