摘  要:运用文献资料法以"全纳教育"理念为基础对特殊教育体育教师面临困境研究。发现特殊教育学校体育教师师资弱且专业化水平低,特殊体育教师不知教什么,怎么教,教师人才流失严重等问题。建议:开拓特殊体育教师多元化培养路径;提高社会关注度,完善特殊教育学校体育课程标准;加强特殊体育教师岗前培训,建立心理辅导站;完善职后培养机制。旨在全纳教育视野下的特殊体育教育事业做出一点绵薄之力,让更多的人关于特殊群体。Based on the concept of"inclusive education",the literature research method is used to study the dilemma of special education physical education teachers.It is found that the physical education teachers of special education schools are weak and the level of specialization is low.Special physical education teachers do not know what to teach,how to teach,and the loss of teachers’talents is severe.Suggestions:Develop a diversified training path for special physical education teachers;improve social attention,improve physical education curriculum standards for special education schools;strengthen pre-job training for special physical education teachers,establish psychological counseling stations;and improve post-employment training mechanisms.The purpose is to make some contribution to the special physical education in the perspective of inclusive education,so that more people are concerned about special groups.
