摘　　要：阐述了员工福利计划、企业年金和商业团体保险的内涵和意义;分析了企业年金和商业团体保险的地位和作用,梳理了其纳入员工福利计划的功能;总结了做好福利项目的具体措施,以期更多企业能将企业年金和商业团体保险纳入员工福利计划,体现其应有价值。This paper expounds the connotation and importance of employee benefit plan,enterprise annuity and commercial group insurance.The values of enterprise annuity and commercial group insurance are analyzed,and their functions in employee benefit system are sorted out.In this paper,the author summarizes specific measures to arrange welfare projects,in the hope that more enterprises can take enterprise annuity and commercial group insurance in employee welfare plans and make full use of these benefits.
