摘 要:为了获得具有替代抗生素潜力的益生菌,本研究从大菱鲆(Scophthalmus maximus)肠道中分离得到一株产酸型菌株(HY2),并对分离的菌株进行分子生物学鉴定、病原菌抑菌试验及生物学特性研究。结果证实,经16S rDNA技术鉴定,该菌株与肠膜明串珠菌(Leuconostoc mesenteroides)具有高的同源性,同时,经过生理生化鉴定,该菌株为抑菌型乳酸菌,生物学特性研究表明,菌株HY2具有一定的产乳酸能力和稳定的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性,该菌株对低pH、高胆盐和胃蛋白酶及高温具有一定的耐受性,可作为优良鱼源益生菌的候选菌株。In order to obtain probiotics with the potential to replace antibiotics,an acid-producing strain(HY2)was isolated from the intestinal tract of turbot(Scophthalmus maximus),and the isolated strains were identified by molecular biology,pathogenic bacteria inhibition experiments and biological characteristics.The results confirmed that the strain had high homology with lactic acid bacteria(Leuconostoc mesenteroides)by 16S rDNA technology,and the strain was bacteriostatic lactic acid bacteria through physiological and biochemical analysis.In addition,the biological characteristics of the strain showed that the strain HY2 had certain lactic acid production ability and stable superoxide dismutase(SOD)activity.Moreover,the strain had certain tolerance to low pH,high bile salts and pepsin,and high temperature,and can be used as a candidate strain for probiotics from excellent fish sources.
