摘　　要：专业建设是职业教育与社会对人才需求的桥梁和纽带,是职业教育主动适应经济发展和产业升级的关键环节,事关中等职业学校的生存与发展。因此,学校在进行专业设置时要做好社会调研,要从服务产业的角度出发,参照国民经济行业分类,依据区域经济社会发展需求和办学实际,厘清学校到底服务什么行业,与什么产业对接,紧紧围绕市场需求变化而变化,建立“设置合理,专业规范,调整适时”的专业建设的动态调整机制。Professional construction is the bridge and link between vocational education and society’s demand for talents.It is the key link for vocational education to adapt itself to economic development and industrial upgrading,and it is related to the survival and development of secondary vocational schools.Therefore,schools should do a good job in social research when setting up specialties.From the perspective of the service industry,refer to the classification of the national economic industry,based on the regional economic and social development needs and the actual running of the school,clarify what industry the school serves in the end,and what industry is connected with.Focusing on changes in market demand,establishing a dynamic adjustment mechanism for professional construction that is“Reasonable setting,professional standard and timely adjustment”has become a top priority.
