摘 要:生态学是研究生物体及其与环境之间关系的科学,对于教师专业发展具有重要的指导意义。高职院校教师专业发展是一个复杂的生态系统,多种因素共同作用于教师个体。当下高职院校教师的专业发展主要存在发展心理的“超耐度失衡”、成长环境的“花盆效应”和人际空间的“生态位”偏离等三个方面的问题。优化生态环境是促进高职教师专业发展的必由之路——创设教师发展的文化生态,改善教师发展的人际生态,构建教师发展的管理生态,营造教师发展的科研生态。Ecology is a science which studies the relationship between organism and environment,and has important guiding significance for teachers'professional development.The professional development of teachers in vocational colleges is a complex ecosystem,which is affected by many factors.At present,there are three problems in the professional development of teachers in vocational colleges,such as the imbalance of development psychology,the“flowerpot effect”of growth environment,and the“niche”deviation of interpersonal space.Optimizing the ecological environment is the only way to promote the professional development of teachers in vocational colleges.We should create the cultural ecology of teacher development,improve the interpersonal ecology of teacher development,construct the management ecology of teacher development,and create the scientific research ecology of teacher development.
