摘  要:高素质专业化“双师型”教师队伍是提高高职院校教育教学质量的关键,是应用型人才培养的关键。针对“双师型”教师队伍建设中培育体系不完善的问题,提出个体成长与团队建设相结合,以提高教师综合素质能力为抓手,实施三梯次教师个体成长计划,以示范引领为导向,实施“双师型”教师团队建设工程,为高职院校建设“双师型”教师队伍夯实基础。The"double-qualified"teachers with high quality and specialization are the key-point to improve the teaching quality,and the training of applied talents in higher vocational colleges.For the imperfect construction of"double-qualified"teachers cultivation system,this paper put forward the combination of individual growth and team building,making the improvement of teachers′comprehensive abilities as a foothold,implements three-stages plan of teacher individual growth,and the project of"double-qualified"teacher team construction guided by demonstration and guidance in order to lay a solid foundation for the construction of"double qualified"teachers in higher vocational colleges.
