澳大利亚TAFE教育特点及对我国职业院校的启示

摘  要:澳大利亚TAFE教育覆盖面宽、学员年龄段宽;与高等教育和高中教育均有交集;采用统一的质量和培训标准,职业教育质量监管体系健全。我国职业院校要以行业需求为导向,政府、行业、学校三方联动,完善职业教育与培训体系,加强“双师型”教师队伍建设;以学生为中心,采取以实践技能为主的教学方式和灵活的实践教学管理方式。TAFE Education in Australia covers a wide range of areas and students’ages;it intersects with higher education and high school education;it adopts unified quality and training standards,and the quality supervision system of vocational education is sound.China’s vocational colleges should take the industry demand as the guidance,the government,the industry,the school tripartite linkage,perfect the vocational education and training system,strengthen the construction of“double qualified”teachers;take students as the center,adopt the teaching method based on practical skills and flexible practical teaching management mode.
