牙周整复手术在口腔修复前应用的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的研究牙周整复手术在口腔修复前应用的临床效果。方法选取2017年3月至2019年1月青海油田职工总医院进行口腔修复治疗的30例患者,根据入院先后顺序分为两组,每组15例。常规治疗组采用口腔固定修复术治疗,牙周整复组患者接受牙周整复手术治疗。结果牙周整复组与常规治疗组患者的口腔修复有效率、功能满意度以及外观满意度等指标均差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论牙周整复手术在口腔修复前应用的效果显著。objective To study the clinical effect of periodontai surgery before oral restoration.Methods Thirty patients who received oral prosthodorrtic treatmerit in Qinghai Oilfield General Hospital from March 2017 to January 2019 were selected and divided into two groups according to the order of admission,with 15 patients in each group.The conventional treatment group was treated with dental prosthesis,while the patients in the periodontal rehabilitation group were treated with periodontal prosthesis.Results There were significant differences in oral prosthetic efficiency,functional satisfaction,and appearance satisfaction between the periodontai rectification group and the conventional treatment group.The data were statistically significant between groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of periodontal surgery before clinically.
